Three tools. ChatGPT writes it, ElevenLabs voices it, n8n publishes it. You post your first faceless Short today and have the daily autopilot running within a week.
This is the system from the video, expanded so you can run it without me. The order matters: do steps 1 through 3 by hand first. You automate a process that works, you do not automate a guess.
Faceless channels die from randomness, not from lack of effort. Pick one narrow lane where every video answers the same kind of question: money facts people get wrong, psychology tricks, history in 45 seconds, AI tool breakdowns. One lane, one format, every single day.
Then build your master prompt once and reuse it forever. Open ChatGPT and save this as the start of every script session:
Read the output loud once. If you stumble anywhere, tell ChatGPT to simplify that line. If it states a fact or statistic, verify it before you publish. You own everything the channel says, not the model.
Sign up at elevenlabs.io, open Text to Speech, and audition voices from the library with one paragraph of your actual script, not their sample text. You want a voice that sounds like a narrator, not a robot reading a terms-of-service page.
One thing most guides skip: the free tier requires attribution for commercial use. If you are building a monetized channel, get on a paid plan, which includes a commercial license. It costs less than lunch and removes the licensing question entirely.
"No editing" does not mean no visuals. It means the visuals come from a template, so you assemble instead of edit. Two ways to do it:
Make the first 5 to 10 videos manually in CapCut. You will learn what caption timing and pacing your niche needs, and that knowledge goes straight into your template.
n8n is the glue. It is a workflow automation tool you can run free on your own machine (self-hosted) or on their cloud plan. Once your manual process works, you rebuild it as one workflow:
Build it one node at a time and test each node before adding the next. You will need API keys from OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and your render tool, plus a connected Google account for Sheets and YouTube. n8n has native nodes for OpenAI, Google Sheets, and YouTube; ElevenLabs and the renderer run through the standard HTTP Request node with your key in the header.
The system means nothing without reps. Post one Short per day, same lane, same voice, same format. Consistency is the entire growth strategy for faceless channels.
On monetization, here is the honest version. To earn ad revenue through the YouTube Partner Program you need 1,000 subscribers plus either 10 million public Shorts views in 90 days or 4,000 public watch hours in 12 months. Shorts ad revenue pays out at a low RPM, so views alone rarely make it a business. The channels that win treat Shorts revenue as the bonus and make real money from affiliate links in descriptions, their own digital products, or driving traffic to long-form videos with higher RPMs.
While you grow toward the threshold, reply to every comment in the first hour after posting. The algorithm reads early engagement, and it costs you ten minutes a day.
